Privacy Policy

In short: Zipcadia does not collect, store or sell your personal information. Your game progress is saved only on your device. The game shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob, and Google may collect some device information to show and measure those ads, as described in section 4.

1. Information Zipcadia Does Not Collect

Arcade Ticketeer has no user accounts, sign-ins or game servers. Zipcadia does not collect:

Personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number or postal address.
Location data, whether precise (GPS) or approximate.
Contacts, photos, files or any other content on your device.
Payment information. The game has no in-app purchases.

2. Game Progress Stored on Your Device

Your progress (currencies, upgrades, unlocked attractions, achievements and settings) is stored only on your device, in the app's local storage. It is never uploaded to us.

If you clear the app's storage or uninstall the game, your saved progress is deleted and cannot be recovered by us.

3. Virtual Currencies and Simulated Games

Arcade Ticketeer includes attractions inspired by classic arcade machines, such as Plinko and Coin Flip.

All in-game currencies (such as Gold Coins, Red Tickets, Dollars and Diamonds) are fictional and exist only for entertainment.
There is no real-money gambling, betting or wagering of any kind.
In-game currencies cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be redeemed, traded or exchanged for money, goods or services.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game offers optional rewarded video ads that you can choose to watch for in-game bonuses. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. When an ad is requested or shown, Google may collect and process information such as:

Your device's advertising ID.
Your IP address and approximate location derived from it.
Device information such as model, operating system version and language.
Information about ad views and interactions.

Google uses this information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, depending on your settings, show personalized ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads, depending on your device).

5. Children's Privacy

Arcade Ticketeer is designed for all audiences and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the game changes or regulations require it. Any changes will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
